This week I am sharing about some of the most influential men in my life.
The best way to describe Peter Kreeft is, "Brilliant!"
He has a legacy of work that could keep you reading and thinking for the rest of your life. A follower of Christ and a committed Catholic, he is responsible for my discovery of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition.
Further, he saves me from the secular sacred split as he brings philosophy and faith together in unison.
Through Kreeft I have come to better know Socretes, Pascal, and Descartes. His work, "Christianity for Modern Pagans" is a top ten book of influence in my life thanks to his discernment of Pascal's "Pansees".
He encouraged my ecumenical direction and taught me all that should be loved about Catholicism and all the incredible gifts it has brought to Christendom. In essence, all current protestant faiths are a form of Catholicism and our faith would not have been preserved without it.
I thank God for the gift of Peter Kreeft in my life.
